Limited Warranty


The RedCup Limited Warranty is for one (1) year from the date of purchase for new products. A proof of purchase with the date of purchase must be rendered for warranty service.

The RedCup products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of purchase. RedCup will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term.

RedCup’s Limited One Year Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-RedCup product; promotional items; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to RedCup; or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Warranty Process
To obtain warranty service, please contact support service. After it is approved for defect review, defective product must be returned to RedCup before any warranty service will be provided. You are responsible for all shipping and other costs associated with returning defective product to RedCup. Original proof of purchase may be required to complete your warranty service request. In order to receive a refund, all products must include all original materials and be in new condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
